Staff report available for Aug. 14 review of the Plan for a Healthy Los Angeles
The Plan for a Healthy Los Angeles is headed to the Planning Commission on Aug. 14. The Commission will review the updated draft for the Plan, which includes revisions made following the 90-day public comment period, and will vote to approve the policy vision for a healthier Los Angeles.
The updated draft is available here, along with the Addendum to the Framework Element’s Environmental Impact Report and the staff report. The meeting agenda will be posted 72 hours before the meeting.
The Commission will review the Plan for a Healthy Los Angeles in the afternoon following Equity Day, a discussion on how equity-driven policies can help promote growth. Following the Planning Commission meeting, the Plan for a Healthy Los Angeles will be reviewed by the council’s Planning and Land Use Management committee and the Mayor before adoption by the City Council.
